By mirroring the embed in our environment we are able to aggregate data on social media interactions associated with a certain page. <\/p>\n<p>Consequently, by specifying up to ten URLs in the request to Social Media API&#8217;s endpoints, you will get the number of social interactions for each corresponding page.   <\/p>\n<p>For now, Social Media API supports two social media platforms: Pinterest and Reddit. More datasources will be made available in the future.  <\/p>\n<h3>Pinterest<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"\/v3\/business_data\/social_media\/pinterest\/live\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">This endpoint<\/a> provides the number of pins a page received through a <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.pinterest.com\/docs\/widgets\/save\/?\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Pinterest Save Button embed<\/a>. <\/p>\n<h3>Reddit<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"\/v3\/business_data\/social_media\/reddit\/live\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">This endpoint<\/a> provides information for each relevant Reddit interaction, including subreddit and author names, permalink, title, and the number of subreddit members. <\/p>\n<h3>Setting a task<\/h3>\n<p>The returned results are specific to the URLs passed in the <code>targets<\/code> array when setting a task. You can specify up to ten URLs in a single task.<\/p>\n<p>All endpoints of the Social Media API support the Live method of data retrieval. It doesn&#8217;t require making separate POST and GET requests &#8211; the results will be provided immediately after setting a task.  <\/p>\n<p>You can send up to 2000 API calls per minute. <\/p>\n<h3>Priorities and cost<\/h3>\n<p>The cost can be calculated on the <a title=\"Pricing\" href=\"https:\/\/dataforseo.com\/pricing\/business-data\/social-media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pricing<\/a> page.
